Are customers happy with S/4 Hana? Good question.

What do customers want from a new system? It’s not all about amazing technology (although that helps). Customers typically make a decision based on organizational, economic, business, integration and licensing factors – among others.

New systems have to add value to a company’s operations; otherwise, why even bother making the switch? That begs the question: What is the value of S/4 Hana? Not even SAP itself seems to know.
